WINCH BUMPER

SO MANY BUMPERS ..... SO MUCH CHOICE ....

NOT SURE BUT THIS IS A GOOD CONTENDER .

WE TOOK A TRIP TO LIVERPOOL LANDROVER SUPERMARKET, SEEING AS WE WERE LOCAL OVER THE WEEKEND. WE SAW A WINCH BUMPER IN THERE AND BOUGHT IT WITH A NEW "A" BAR AS WELL. AS IT WOULD NOT FIT IN THE BOOT OF THE X TYPE, I ASKED ABOUT CARRIAGE TO KENT ...... £10.00 .... THE DEAL WAS DONE.

I WILL POST PICTURES AS IT GOES ON WITH THE RYDERS 9000 WINCH WE HAD ON THE NCF TRAKA.

Well we have fitted the new winch bumper and also the winch that we had fitted to the TRAKA.

Spidertrax Aluminium Hawser on the front matches nicely with the Dyneema Bowrope

We were unable to find an " Off the Peg " Winch Bumper to suit the Ryders 9000i Winch that we have. The winch has a very good retrieve rate and also pulls superbly.

We ended up with a Britpart Bumper from Liverpool Landrover Supplies that we needed to modify slightly due to the Winch having a long cap either end. Once cut, filed up and repainted the Winch fits in a treat.

A new "A Bar" finishes the front end rather nicely.
